Jaipur — Printed the first prototype for the headlight cowl of my E-Bike project. Currently sticking in the foglamps for the headlights. Nothing wired currently tho.
The linear rack foglamps (5-bulb ones) fit perfectly in the model, however there has been dimensional error in the circular (single-bulb) foglamp holes. They are slightly smaller than what should have been and the just dont fit in now. will probably have to sand or melt the plastic. Anyways, that’s what this prototyping was for.
You see it in two colours because I went out of filament mid-print. I feel this now looks better than what would have been in single colour tho.
